The rehabbed actress apparently hasn't recovered from everything. She still loves the attention.

Lindsay showed up to lunch at The Ivy on Robertson, you know, cuz the food is really good. Yeah, that's it!

La Lohan put on a cute lil' dress and some sexy shades and made sure to give the magazine editors those fashion shots they love.

Old habits die hard!

So, i don't understand your post. Celebs shouldn't go to the Ivy because there are paparazzi there? That seems kind of ridiculous. I think it's gotten to the point where the paparazzi have become way to aggressive and are putting the celebs and average people at risk.
