I work with handicapped kids. To me, this was really distasteful. I'm a big fan of PerezHilton.com, but this really saddened me. To clearly post this on your website as something to poke fun of is extremely heartbreaking- this girl is enjoying herself and hurting no one. Laughing at the expense of a handicapped child, to me, is not only bad judgement, but very disappointing.
