Howard K. Stern is telling the new issue of Us Weekly that he's brizoke.
Anna Nicole Smith's former lawyer, and the executor of her estate, says, "I am in debt and basically broke.”
Hmmm. How much did he get paid for the Us interview????
He tells the mag, "There’s this impression out there that I am somehow making money off of Anna’s death. It couldn’t be further from the truth."
Due to the fact the he's suing more than a dozen people, including author Rita Cosby, Stern says that he owes his parents “hundreds of thousands of dollars.”
Don't be surprised if Howard starts shopping his own reality show or trying to get a gig as a legal commentator on TV.
He's got bills to pay!

The one thing all you conspiracy theorists refuse to accept is this: in order for Howard to be declared definitively the father, the mother had to live. Since she died, her wishes were not as tantamount as establishing an actual blood relative for the child. Howard lost more than his cash cow when Anna died, he lost years. Not the time he worked and lived with her, no, he lived damn well, but now, THIS time, these years it's going to take for him to get his cash. If Anna had lived, and had testified she and Howard "lived together as man and wife", and SHE said he was the father, that would have satisfied the requirements under Bahamian law. The plan only works for Howard if Anna lived. Her wishes, her rights, would have mattered more than Larry's. That was the entire point of going to the Bahamas. That was the reason Howard didn't reliquish the baby until he had been ordered to by the court, after the court-ordered paternity tests were done. He knew he would lose.

Howard may be broke now but I don't think he will be for long. He's definitely due to collect a pretty serious amount of money from his lawsuit against Rita Cosby which should clear up any previous debts.
