Unlike the lavish wedding of Kate Walsh, Ellen Pompeo had promised low-key nuptials when she tied the knot with record producer Chris Ivery.

And she was good with her word!

The Grey's Anatomy star and Ivery had a quiet ceremony in NYC on Friday.

Mayor Michael Bloomberg was one of the witnesses.

Congrats!
