Dr. Phil in Car Wreck!

Details are still a bit fuzzy, but, from what we're hearing….

Dr. Phil was involved in a crash on Thursday.

The talk show host was apparently giving an interview on his cell to a radio station in Dallas when his car got in the accident.

Update: Thankfully Dr. Phil's mishap was minor.

No serious injuries and no one was hurt.

On Kidd Kraddock in the morning show he was talking to them on cell phone when it happened. He said a guy side-swiped him and knocked his mirror off. He is OK. The guy stopped and Dr. Phil had to get off the phone to go talk to him. Kidd called him randomly that morning and he was on the way to his studio.

Talking on a cell phone while driving is ILLEGAL. He was supposed to pull over if he wanted to talk. I think he should at the least get a ticket. If the cops can charge Brit for stuff they only see vids of, Phil can get ticketed for what was heard on the radio. It's asshats like this that get people killed. I was listening to the interview when it happened! Although it is unfortunate, it was kinda funny. In a weird way. No funny like ha ha you suck, but funny like they were in the middle of the interview and Dr. Phil said "ahhh man!!" And then he said he'd been in an accident and he had to hang up.
