Barry Bonds is the all-time home run leader in major league baseball. He's also majorly screwed!

The former San Francisco Giant was indicted on Thursday following a four year investigation.

He was charged with perjury and obstruction of justice for telling a federal grand jury he did not knowingly use performance-enhancing drugs.

If convicted, Bonds could be sentenced to a maximum of 30 years in prison.

I will say I do like Barry and the Giants, but he did do it. I am from the bay area worked out at what the time was called worlds gym where Barry and his dealer/trainer worked out, his trainer is a slob he walks around in sweats all the time and dirty shirts, the gym even started a fund for him when he was in jail minimum donation had to $3 or more. Barry is not being indicted for steroid use, he is being indicted for lying to the grand jury regarding his steroid use. He said he never knowingly took steroids, which the grand jury feels was a lie. Mark McQuire took the fifth regarding steroid use, as did Sammy Sosa. They did not lie about it - they refused to talk about it.
