Lindsay Lohan checked herself into the Lynwood jail on Thursday. The same facility where Paris Hilton spent almost a month.
Lohan was sentenced to serve 24 hours in jail, but ended up spending barely an hour and a half in the facility.
This is it. This is her get out of jail free pass.
If she fucks up again, they need to throw the book at her! She will have to serve serious time!
Lohan has already been arrested for DUI twice.
She still has to serve her community service, though.
Lindsay has a lot to be thankful for this Thanksgiving!!!

dude this pisses me off. She has a DUI *twice* and has some dope on her, and *I* get a PUBLIC INTOXICATION (I was a passenger in a car where the driver blew intoxicated…) and I had to spend 15 hours in jail and get a 200 dollar fine!!! what the fuck!!!

Seriously, I'm not trying to be a dick b/c Perez actually does some decent reporting every once in a while, but he has no clue about the whole jail time, sentencing, hours served thing in CA. As someone who is actually in college in CA and sees regular people deal with this — the 24 or less hours a Lindsey or Nicole do is way more the norm than what Paris did. It is simply not special treatment — it is par for the course when people plea out. If anything, Perez discredits himself when he says they get special treatment– he should know enough to know this is par for the course for offenders of their stature in this jusisdiction.

I don't understand a 24 hour jail sentence to begin with. It looks to me like the girl has really made an effort to clean herself up. I just love how Perez writes about her every minute and talks about her getting the book thrown at her if she does it again…even though when it was his friend skankolicious *cough* Paris, we hardly heard a thing about it.
This absolutely ridiculous and compeletely unfair. Why doesn't the law apply to these people? It's so not right.
Oh, I can't WAIT to see her community service….I'm sure it will be something horribly physical, demanding and emotionally upsetting…like handing out flyers warning about AIDS prevention to geriatric patients over the age of 100 who are in comas.

The legal system in this country is a fucking joke.
If any "regular" citizen did half of the ridiculous shit that many clebes have been caught doing lately they would not be getting off with a fucking hour and a half (whoop-de-fucking-do) in jail. They'd be fined at the least (you know amounts of money that WORKING CLASS PEOPLE can not afford to pay) and sentenced to jail or months of community service from the first offense and yet rich cunts like Lindsay Lohan, Paris (slutbag) Hilton or that other tramp friend of Hilton's get like an hour in jail for second or even third time offenses. Pardon me while I become enraged at the total injustice. What a load of shit! I'm a completly law-abiding citizen and yet if I went on a spoiled bitch fucking spree, speeding around town and putting other people's lives at risk while being doped up or DRUNK behind the wheel I know for a fact I would not be getting this "get out of jail free card" that these rich bitches get.
OK, no one is ever going to feel sorry for Paris Hilton!!!! There is a HUGE difference between 2 dui's and a dui and Violating Probation! Violating Probation is a HUGE DEAL, I have a friend who wen to jail for 3 MONTHS for that. Get over it, she got a fair deal

This is a joke. Let's get rid of the DUI laws, it doesn't work at all. Dis-banned MADD, AA doesn't work, stop funding these treatment centers and if you kill someone while being impaired, fuck it, we all die anyways.

This girl needs to go to jail because she is not being taught a lesson. She has gotten two DUI's and it seems as if everyone is forgetting that she was under 21 when she got one of them and drugs were found on her. If I had done the same thing I will probably still be in jail. I hate that she is getting special treatment just because she is a celeb.
