Robert Downey, Jr. is perhaps the most underrated actor of his generation. Blows away Sean Penn, Tom Cruise et al completely away (not that Tom Cruise should even be in Penn's league). He is right up there in the pantheon with Russell Crowe. He doesn't look gay at all–just very cool and metro.
