More legal trouble for Britney Spears!
The singer, whose musical comeback has failed to take off the ground, is being accused by a real estate broker of trashing the apartment she leased.
Amir E. Zagross is threatening to sue the mother of two unless she pays for the damage that she and her family caused at the $1.5 million Marina del Rey condo.
“I met Britney at the condo myself with her mother, brother, sons and her bodyguards,” the broker tells Life & Style. “They assured me they were immaculate, nice people who would take care of the property. But the damage was significant.”
And Britney’s big brother Bryan, 30, may be more to blame than his 26-year-old sister.
“The whole family would come in and out of the place, but Bryan was the most constant,” says an insider.
There’s damage to the walls, flooring, balcony, doors, electrical outlets and air conditioning, claims Zagross, who adds, “We couldn’t re-rent the condo because of the state it was in. They destroyed it."
Pay up, Brit Brit.

Re: NATALIE – How many times do you Britnaloonies have to be checked? Read YOUR facts. Her album was NOT #1. It went to #1 in only two countries: Ireland and Canada. It dropped in it's second week like it did here in the good old USA. It dropped 70% which is steep. Her song is getting NO airplay and she is doing NOTHING to promote it. It's a bomb, a disaster and a mess. Just like Britney. Don't believe me? Look at Wikipedia.com. Cant wait to see how far it drops this week with Celine and Alicia Keys tearing up the charts.

Funny how when one lawsuit happens, they all come crawling out of the woodwork. I am not saying she's innocent or not, but give me a break!
what I am wondering is why isnt a court order issued to the photographers to stay away from her when she has her children in tow. They seem to be getting dangerously close to her and the children. I can only imagine how that would frighten a toddler.
alright, not like anyone would know, but i live in my parents' condo complex in marina del rey, the only multi million dollar condo complex (that i know of) in this tiny little section of LA, and if this is even true it has to have been in my building– i'd really like to have this confirmed.
