If The Animals Could Talk…

Filed under: Anglophilia > Heather Mills

mx0092623.jpg

They'd say, "We don't want your help, bitch!"

Recently rejected by PETA, vegan Heather Mills is the new spokesperson for Viva! (Vegetarians International Voice for Animals).

Mills posed for photos in London on Monday to launch the group's environmental campaign to persuade the public that they can reduce global warming by reducing the amount of meat, dairy and other animal products they eat.

Really???

According to one ad in the campaign, livestock are the second biggest cause of greenhouse gases and the major cause of rainforest clearance.

Another ad plays on Heather's own disability with the headline "You haven't got a leg to stand on!" targeting people and organizations who call themselves environmentalists but still eat animal products.

We kinda find it hilarious that at the same time Heather is attacking the media she's using them to perpetuate her own agenda!

Perez, usually I don't get mad or write when you write something untrue but, as much as Heather Mills is an idiot its true, being a vegan does help the enviroment. I for one am a vegan I have been one for a long time though since I was 15 or so but, the flaxuance form the cow's help offset the greenhouse gasses, they don't produce carbon dioxide jsut as much as us humans do from breathing out which is impossible not to do. Read up on your facts before you missprint something, everyone should know that being vegan does help I'm not telling everyone but on the 7/7/07 live earth there was about 10 different references for being a vegan, read up buddy, you are no journalist.

Let's have some fun here huh Perez, you fat bastard.

Recently rejected by all men at the Hollywood D-List Diner, Meat Eater Perez Hilton is the new spokesperson for M.W.L.P.M (Men Who LOve Processed Meat).

Perez posed for photos in Hollywood on Monday to launch the group’s "More Meat" campaign to persuade the public that they don't have to worry about being obese when they can eat damn fine processed meats. Perez wore an apron made of baloneys and cheese slices. In between takes, the difficult, yet slightly amusing fat man, had to have his hands tied so he would not eat the apron. Oh those sausage munching fairies!

      Really???

According to one ad in the campaign, livestock are the second biggest cause of greenhouse gases and the major cause of rainforest clearance.

Another ad plays on Perez's status as a lonely bitter gay man with the headline “You haven’t seen a penis I can't eat!” targeting people and organizations who call themselves gay but actually have some taste, tact and class.

We kinda find it hilarious that at the same time Perez is attacking stars, he's using them to perpetuate his own hateful woman hating agenda!

Asked for comment Perez mumbled: "Can't you see I'm eating?" He then choked and needed emergency mouth-to-mouth. Unfortunately, no one would touch his lips. Fortunately the cheese slice he inhaled was swallowed and it was unnecessary.

If you're so open-minded, you should learn more about veganism and the environment.

Yes, global warming is caused by the gas of factory farm animals. However, if we didn't eat meat, they wouldn't have been mass-producing these animals, and there would be no global warming.

Also, do further research and learn that humans have the same face and dental composition as herbivores. We were meant to be vegans.

High school economics: supply and demand. People demand livestock to eat, land is cleared to raise these numerous amounts of livestock. If people don't have a demand for meat rainforest clearing will go down and greenhouse gases will be reduced because less animals will be raised to supply a small need.

Re: Weirdo – Hunting for sport - you hunt for horn sizes furs and rugs. Hunting for food - You harvest, you are thankful, and you kill only what you eat and make no waste. You recycle the hide, take to bones to a rendering facility. You make your shot where the bullet destroys the least amount of meat when it makes contact If the deer populations went unchecked without regulated hunting seasons, the populations would face a fate far worse than a family's freezer. I shoot far more deer and elk with my camera than I do with my rifle, but in Montana, it is definitely a checks and balance system. Dozens of deer are hit and killed by vehicles here in NW Montana every day due to the huge population of animals. Even two years without a hunting season would cause unfathomable issues on the local ecosystem around here. Regulated hunting seasons ensures a large healthy deer population for the years to come.

Not all hunters are inbred uneducated rednecks. I have four years of college, well educated, well paid in his career, drug free individual who give back to his community, local and national charities, and votes Democratic. I just had to comment because a. perez get your facts straight in your bitter diatribes against women like heather mills who stand for something more than celebrity gossip, and b. all the comments making fun of someone with a fake leg are really tacky, regardless of their political or other beliefs. factory farming is responsible for clear cutting and biodiversity loss, plus the more meat you eat the more animals are bred and slaughtered for the purpose of producing that meat, hence you're creating MORE pollution, not less- more animals, more waste, more gases released, more global warming

you people obviously don't understand the simple concept of supply and demand. maybe you have two legs but at least heather mills has a brain.

      86

Yes, Heather is a Grade A nutjob - but at least she's using her notoriety to highlight a hugely important cause (a lot more than can be said for the likes of Shitney Spears).
If you are in any way interested in helping the environment, the single biggest contribution you can make is by giving up meat. Aside from the methane emissions destroying our planet, you would also help yourself - the hormones pumped into these intensively-famed animals are a proven cause of fertility issues and contribute to this country's frightening levels of obesity.
Even if you're not ready to go vegan, just try cutting down your red meat consumption. You will feel sooooo much better (and know you're not contributing to the Earth's decline).
Oh, and while you're detoxing, try having a colonic - up to 5lbs of rotting meat will be removed from your system as your long intestine cannot effectively process it. That alone will make you a fully-paid up veggie!

I hate how I have to keep looking at this freak show. Kids, the presence of this god-awful gold-digging woman is the direct result of grief on the part of poor Paul. I can't imagine any other reason he would have given himself to her. She's just a pig from the word go and for her to assume that people actually want to see her is beyond me. Dancing with the Stars? Who even watches that bullshit? She bores the shit out of me, along with: Hayden Panettiere, Heidi 'n' Spencer, Britney, Miley Cyrus, Brandon Davis, Amy Winehouse, Kate Moss, Mel Gibson, Brangelina, Bennifer and all these other holier-than-thou "celebrities" that do nothing, mean NOTHING, and have EVERYTHING. Is this all we have to look to anymore?

What a vile woman! Maybe a big fat cow will eat her alive and we'll never have to hear her moaning nasty voice again. Fingers crossed!

Do your homework Perez…livestock not only causes greenhouse gases…it also pollutes water sources, and over-grazing can cause other environmental problems.

I'm not saying we weren't meant to eat meat, but the WAY in which we're raising and clearing land to create space for more herding is unhealthful and destructive not only to humans but also the environment. I'm actually reading a book right now, "The Last Hours of Ancient Sunlight" that explains this and MANY other reasons for why and how we're destroying the planet…and TRUST that they are not all the typical reasons we've heard for years. There are SIMPLY other ways for us to accomplish the goal of feeding, clothing and providing for ourselves…we just choose not to because we are in an age that wants things NOW versus the way they were naturally meant to be acquired. Eventually we WILL see the consequences. YES it's scary, SOUNDS radical, and INCONVENIENT but it's an undeniable truth. Wake up people.

you know…. i hate these people that belong to groups that essentially say, "onless you go all the way, you're not helping." I'm a vegetarian… i don't eat meat. Yes I eat animal products…..but it doesn't mean that what I do is useless. It still makes me feel better and makes me feel healthier. Hey, in my own view, and for my own health, it's better than eating meat. I might not have banned all animal products from my diet, but just because I chose not to go "all the way" vegan, doesn't mean that I don't care or my efforts don't help or matter. For those of you that are tired of PETA (although they do great work, they are a little extreme for most) but love animals, may I suggest supporting the ASPCA? For those of you who don't know…it stands for the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals…..and that's a cause everyone can get behind! They appreciate everyone's support, not just those who are on the most "extreme levels". Every little bit helps!!!
