Mary-Kate was rushed to the emergency room in New York on Monday!

The official cause for the ER visit????

She got a "kidney infection."

MK is "resting comfortably" and likely to be released "in the next day or so," says her publicist.

Hmmm…..

Wasn't Lindsay "hospitalized" for that one???
