Jessica Sierra plead guity in a Tampa court room on Monday to battery.

The 2005 American Idol finalist was arrested in April after throwing a cocktail glass at a man in a bar.

Police also found cocaine on her.

Sierra has been sentenced to 12 months probation.

      Simon loved her voice on Season 4 and so did I. He just didn't find her likeable. Guess he knew what he was talking about. Someone else who was at that Tyra taping posted elsewhere that her mom was a crack addict and prostitute. It looks like maybe she has been trying to follow in her mom's footsteps. Very sad really. Maybe she is turning it around, though. I heard she looks way better now and has been sober for awhile.

      SHE PLEAD NO CONTEST, SHE DID NOT PLEAD GUILTY.
      THERE IS A DIFFERENCE.
      MORE IMPORTANTLY SHE HAS BEEN SOBER FOR A FEW MONTHS AND IS CURRENTLY IN A DRUG REHAB PROGRAM.
      Why does everyone feel the need to bash her, if you don't even know who she is? This baffles me.
      She was a top 10 finalist on Season 4 of American Idol, she has had a really rough life, this is not an excuse but she is trying to turn things around.
      Give her a break, her Celeb rehab show will aor on VH1 on Jan 10th tune in to see it and you will have a better understanding.
