Feeling moved by the holiday spirit, Pete Doherty put on his best Dickens-inspired outfit for his day in court on Tuesday.

The Babyshambles singer was feeling in such a good mood that he was spitting on photographers and threatening them with his new cane outside West London Magistrates Court!

Doperty, whose relapse a few weeks ago was caught on video, was attending a closed hearing at a drug review court.

The review is part of his rehabilitation order which monitors regular drug tests and progress.

By the look of his fingers, though, he's back on crack!

He is looking awfully rough in this pic. Even if he goes to rehab just to rest up and get healthy would be a major step, regardless if he doesn't even get clean.
