Feeling moved by the holiday spirit, Pete Doherty put on his best Dickens-inspired outfit for his day in court on Tuesday.
The Babyshambles singer was feeling in such a good mood that he was spitting on photographers and threatening them with his new cane outside West London Magistrates Court!
Doperty, whose relapse a few weeks ago was caught on video, was attending a closed hearing at a drug review court.
The review is part of his rehabilitation order which monitors regular drug tests and progress.
By the look of his fingers, though, he's back on crack!

Lillyx you must be very young because the level of ignorance and naivety within that statement is too much for me to think your an adult. I'm sorry anyone who likes Pete's music is probably sitting at home smoking something to start with. Which I hold no grudges about. But to be honest, when was the last time Pete was busy in the recording studio with Babyshambles? uh yeah. So all in all, he may have made good music while under the influence, similar to legends such as Hendrix, Joplin, and Zeppelin, but the fact that he still walks around like a douche say's nothing for his music. Were not verbally pulverizing him b/c of his music. Just look at that piece of Sh–! If he were on my doorstep I'd do him the favor of a mercy killing. He needs to either shape up or I'll fly over to your wonderful UK to put him out of his misery. We'll send him off with a bundle of dope in one needle. I'm sure he'd love it.

I don't get it. This guy is gross and nasty. He just looks like he is oozing stink and every communicable disease known to man. I think that people are hanging on to him so that they can really let out a good mourning when he OD's.
