Back To The Bargaining Table

Talks between the Writers' Guild and the mean media moguls will resume today. Finally.

It's been a month since the strike started and talks stalled.

And, sources are speculating that a new deal between the warring parties will be struck soon.

Hopefully!

Come ON. Writers are being hit hard by inflation, are the brains behind the medium, and need to be able to make a half-decent living. Anti UP, and give credit where the credit is DUE. Don't just reward the pretty faces, people. Gaack.

First they came for the movie writers,
but I was not a movie writer, so I said nothing,
and the movie writers went away.
      .
Then they came for the television writers,
but I was not a television writer, so I said nothing,
and the television writers went away.
      .
Then they came after the internet blog writers,
and I am a blog writer, and there was no one left
      to say anything.

I am so happy this will soon be over. I want SNL , Real time with bill maher and the other shows I watch to stop with the reruns. That and i think that they should get what they ask for. At first I was pissed because I read how much they make and how much they get for reruns but then i said negotiate and move on. I wanna know whats going on in Iraq.
