She is just all right, For the non hispanics salmas baby has her nose before her nose job and we all know by now about her boob job, if you are into novelas (spanish soap operas) and were to see salma before cosmetic surgery you would not find her as attractive. I guess money helps all these celebrities so before you idolize and find someone so georgeous when they have a child all their features come into play. So that baby will look as good as sama with all the sugery.
