I can't wait until this is resolved… But I hope the crews get what they want. Being on crew is a lot harder than it looks!

First of all, I love how 6u4 down there says "HOMO…PEREZ…HOMO!!!!!" because what's funny about this is… that this person took the time to logon to your site…and then on top of that… he went into the comment section of a blog and commented on it… good for you…..

And also, thank god we're gettin' some light back on Broadway…not a good month for the entertainment biz! =(

i highly doubt it will end soon, unless the stagehands decide to stop being so selfish. as someone who works in the industry and has close ties to both local one and the producers, i must say that the real bad guys in this situtation are the stagehands. it is hard work to be backstage, but the stagehands are very well paid (the best in the world) and the producers just want a fair contract. its a very hard situtation and thats why its unlikely that it will end soon.

I bartend at a place in Times Square. i am now making 1/10th of what i normally do, money that is supposed to tide me over during the slow january, february, and march months. my tuition is not paid, but these dickhead stagehands are still getting 1/2 pay to picket and hold out. the actors are on unemployment and still making good money. the producers are already rich, and are f***ing up talks between Local 1 and the theater owners.
the people who are arguing don't think about the little guy, and don't think about all the people they affect, because they are still making money.
end this strike now, you are all shelfish fucks!
