Yup! The kid definately has ambylopia AKA a lazy eye. She has to be seen by an ophtholmologist as soon as possible. I assume that the doctor will recommed patching her good eye so she can fixate with the lazy one. He might perscribe her glasses if the cause of the ambylopia is a refractive error. If she doesn't improve, then they'll correct it surgically either by recession and resection of her eye muscles.
