Word from the U.K. is that Amy Winehouse is planning to check into a treatment facility to deal with her severe drug addiction.

Hopefully this is true!

      Normally, rehab. is a great idea but I hate to say in her case, there's too many things to fix from drugs to smoking to drinking, not eating etc. Hell she'd be in meetings all day and that's for real people. Damn!

      Nunya is right about the amount of demons this chick has. Don't know her, don't care to, and I'm not uncaring, but honestly the only thing this chick will get from Rehab is new idea's of how to get high. Just from the comments on her addictions (yep, it's a disease so why deny it?) she should be dead now and all of you that think she'll survive this are either really super optimistic or are really the enablers thinking she can overcome. This chick had her shot and the money she made most of us will never see and she shoves it up her nose, gee let's buy another CD or two.

      If it's true - I'm so proud of her. It's a big step to ask for help, but she really needs it, so I hope she will go. It would be absolutely devastating if anything bad happend to her. I truely believe that she is a living legend and we want to keep it that way :)

      there is no such thing as a severe addiction…when she wants to get clean she will and even if it is only to december when hubby gets out at least she has a little knowledge of how to live as an ordinary functional person. I think she needs a little tough love including to be left alone by the media perez.. i love u and read u every day but bad publicity is no publicity and mayb that would be what helps her
