She may look like shit, but at least she's getting help!

Hours after news broke that she cancelled her tour and all promotional appearances for the rest of the year, Amy Winehouse was seen leaving her apartment.

The troubled singer headed to the London Clinic to see a doctor.

Her husband, Blake, is expected to stay in jail through December.
