If she weren't dead, Anna Nicole Smith would be celebrating her 40th birthday today and well on her way to death!
In commemoration of the special occasion, both Howard K. Stern and Larry Birkhead are yapping to anyone that will li$ten.
"My only wish is that Anna is celebrating her 40th birthday with Daniel and Howard (Marshall) in heaven and that they are able to experience the beautiful development of Dannielynn from above," Stern tells Entertainment Tonight. "Then I know that she would truly be at peace. She was more extraordinary than words can describe. I will never stop loving her."
Adds Birkhead, "[Dannielynn and I] We will have a private family celebration to remember Anna. Time still hasn't healed the wound of her untimely passing, as she truly was one of a kind. We miss her dearly."

Sad to see her go at such a young age. You can only hope that at some point the people that were around her in her lifetime will wake up and realize how fleeting life is and stop their petty fighting. Larry and Howard and Virgie need to give up their lawsuits because they only spread hurt and aggravation. Larry and Howard should take the clue specifically that Anna went to her grave fighting for her "piece" of the Marshall estate for over a decade and never really solved anything. I would urge them both to take what they have (Larry: the ton of money he's made from selling interviews and pictures Howard: the settlement or award he's likely to get from his lawsuit against Rita Cosby) and just focus on living life.
