      No, I'm sorry. There could be a lawsuit for this one. It goes beyond similar tempo. 38000 songs probably have the same tempo. It's structurally identical, the music itself is the same… God, I'm not a fan of Chris Brown, but I figured he was popular enough to not have to go after rehashes of other people's hits. I thought he was at least 18 months away from that.

Fucker lost a lot of money for making it sound like "Under Pressure" by David Bowie/Queen. I've heard songs that sounded a lot less similar to another song make people lose a lot of money. I hope this is written by Ne-Yo and that he's just repeating himself cause he's out of ideas.

      I can see how it sounds like Irreplaceable, esp. in the beginning. But i was thinking more of Jordin Spark's Tattoo..actually this song sounzzzz a lot more like Tattoo.       It's hard to write a song nowadays that doesn't sound a little like some other song. I'm no a fan of him or anything but just give him a break.
