That's because one of them bought a new house in Cali for 1.6 million, and what's funny is it needs serious work. With all their money they should be able to buy houses that they don't need to fix up and that are not fugly as hell. What is wrong with these girls?

    31. PooCat 2325 says – reply to this

      131

The twins were two ugly little girls on Full House. They grew up to be two ugly little haggy looking girls in their 20's. They are going to be ugly 30 year olds, ugly 40 year olds and real ugly 50 year olds.

Sell your ugly apartment. Buy another one and then sell it. Hey girls, where are the movies and sit coms now? You are not marketable anymore.

      151

Now how in the HELL is that worth $12 million? That's bullshit. While it looks like a cute apartment, it is hardly valuable enough for that much money.

Anyway, I cannot stand the Olsen twins and I never have. No talent whatsoever from either of them. Seriously, what have they done other than make shitty straight-to-video movies? They do not deserve to be rich and famous at all!

$12-fucking-million for a goddamn apartment? Man what a couple of spoiled brats.

    53. Patricia says – reply to this

      153

I'm an Interior Designer and I think this is a lovely condo. None of the stuff belongs to the twins, places like this are designed in a way to make people want to buy. The room does not look like child's room (although someone who buys this might think that is a great room for their kid), it is called Modern Design. Have you seen the rest of the place, not to mention the views? It isn't unusual for a place to be millions in such a prime location in New York City. It is a little higher because of who owned it but no matter who sells, you make somewhat of profit, welcome to real estate:P It will be sold in no time.

#78 Lori - thank you for posting the link!

The floorplan is huge and nice but they did not decorate very well. The bedroom looks too childish but the fireplaces (in the wall surrounded by glass) is a really neat feature! Not worth 12 million but that's NY!

    55. Karen says – reply to this

      155

I don't think the room is childish but I'm a sucker for Ikea type furniture and bright colors. I do not care for the carpit though but you can always change it. The place has a lot of rooms so I believe the photo Perez is showing is meant to be a kids room. A family can look at the listing and picture themselves living there.

The room is fine except for the shit thing on the ceiling and the border over the blinds. The rest of the place seems a bit empty but it's decent. I think Perez made the link not work so we all could make fun of this room.

    63. Melissa says – reply to this

      163

Re: jelly – Everyone is jumping to conclusions. The place was last rented to someone who had a child which is why the room is a kids room. It does look like an Interior Designer took over but they kept the kids room a kids room. If you see the rest of the place, it is very nice.
