He Was Driving 100mph!!!!
Damning new evidence against Nick Hogan was released by the Clearwater, Florida, police on Wednesday.
Amongst the startling new revelations - Nick was going at approximately 100mph when his car crashed in August, leaving his friend, John Graziano, with serious head injuries and incapacitated for life.
The damning evidence comes from Barrett Lawrance, a close friend of Nick's and a passenger in the silver Dodge Viper that was racing Hogan's car.
Lawrence painted Nick as someone who "always" drove recklessly.
Hogan's lawyer adamantly denies his client was driving 100mph.
At the hospital, Nick told police he was traveling 30 or 40 mph. He also told police he didn't know what road he was traveling on or what direction. His speech was "mumbled and soft" and his eyes bloodshot, according to Todd Turpack, a Clearwater police investigator who wrote the original report.

What happened to Hulk's interview with the Insider after the crash where he said he was travelling down "his normal route" to meet Nick and his friends at a restaurant when he just coincidentally came upon the accident. This in bold contradiction to the police report which states the driver of the other car, Danny Jacobs, drove to Hulk's house and told him about the crash. Frakenstien's been lying since day one. Who got to the crash scene first? Hulk, or the lawyer he contacted before leaving his house?
Maybe if Hulk spent some time taming his son and backed of his (no so innocent) daughter, his son wouldnt be in this mess.
I think Nick should step up to the plate and stop making excuses for what HE did wrong. As for the drinking while it may not be right…they were obviously all doing it and no one forced the kid to get into the car with a driver that had been drinking and that he knew had been drinking. Its just easier to blame one person instead of accepting that the fault for this tragedy lies in the hands of several people including the victim himself.
