These exclusive pictures obtained by PerezHilton.com show Hulk Hogan and his son, hours before the horrific accident that left Nick's friend with permanent brain damage.
The Hogans and friends were on a booze cruise and having a great time!
According to newly released documents, Hulk himself bought the beers for Nick and his friends to enjoy.
And enjoy them they did! Too much!
A Perezcious reader tells us:
"These pics were taken the day of nicks accident….you can see his buddy Graziano on the boat with him…..we were out boating in clearwater that day and they pulled up beside us and started yelling shit at my girls on the boat…could tell they were having a good time."
Unfortunately that good time turned very bad just hours later.
According to police documents just made public, Nick was driving at 100mph and racing another car just before his accident.

This is sad, but lets not lose sight here. First, not ONE of these photos shows NIck drinking. Second, Graziano is an adult. IF Nick did drink, Graziano made a CONSCIENCE DECISION to get in the car with him, and NOT put on a seatbelt. Please. It could have been just as easy for Graziano to drive the car and Nick to be laid up in a nursing home. Stop jumping to conclusions. Stories about fashion and who's pregnant by whom are one thing, but NON-FACTUAL bases stories over someone who could still die change peoples lives. You've crossed the line

It appears too me that most people int he boat appear to be adults, and not one picture shows Nick consuming alcohol. Unless you have some of those pictures, these don't mean $hit!!!! Earlier post when Hulk spent $70 some dollars on alcohol, you made it sound like it was for Nick and all his young buddies, I would have to say after looking at the pictures, most of the people on the boat were closer to Hulk's age than Nicks and probably Hulks friends. You are ate up!!!!!!
Drinking and Boating is against the law. I've know people who have gotten DUI's for doing that. Will this picture get them in trouble?

What makes this accident anyone's fault.=? Graziano was old enough to make his own decisions. He drank all day and then got into a car with someone that he knew had been drinking too. Nobody forced him to get into that car! If the Hogan's did not have any money this would have been over already. But of course it all comes down to making money off of an unfortunate accident!

I didn't see Nick drinking in any of the pics,regardless…he should be punished for what happened. But..his friend was not a hostage in the car, he didn't have a seatbelt on, it was one of his best friends they were racing, I don't think Nick is 100% responsible for all that happened. It's also been reported his friend loved racing….I'm pretty sure he was a participant even if he wasn't driving. It was a horrible, awful flurry of many bad judgements.

Hulk is such a loser. Buying alcohol for minors is a thing a desperately trying to be cool father would do. Nick is still at fault in the accident doesn't matter if Graziano was wearing his seat belt or consented to get into the car or not. When I was 16 I was involved in a car accident with my cousin who was racing at the time and it didn't make it my fault. I was telling his dumbass to stop when he lost control of the car and hit a tree almost throwing me out and killling my brother. The Hogans should have to pay and Nick should have to go to jail. Nick didn't seem to really care until he was arrested anyways. If its a old pic that means Nick and his friends were even younger and underage drinking. It was an accident. I am not saying that Nick wasnt being a stupid kid when it happened, but it was an accident. Lots of parents buy their friends kids some beer, but i seriously doubt Hulk knew he was gonna get into an accident that night. He wants to be around his kids, if anything he wants to be close with him. I feel horrible what happened to John but he should have been wearing his seatbelt or gotten out of the ar.
