The whole tape is screwed up. Nick Lachey was lip synching his whole introduction then - duh! It was uploaded badly. Although maybe she was lip synching anyway… but this one is due to the tape being screwed up.

I really think the maker of the video just did a bad job of synching the audio and video properly. Doesnt mean she probably wasn't lipsynching though but the complete audio track isnt in synch with the video at all. Even Nick talking is off.

Perez, you're an idiot sometimes….if you look there is clearly a delay from the time they speak and when you hear what they are saying. Nick makes the presentation and his words don't match what you hear. This sometimes happens when you have big events like this.
