or indeed, bad botox, it happens.
but to me it looks like allergies, i had a similar reaction once to stage make up, her skin looks kind of tight, not bloaty, more like swelling, so either she's taken a hit to the face (i'd advise people to be leery of just yelling 'spousal abuse!) since as much as it might be make up, the swelling is kind of even more like a reaction to cream or make up)from like…a ball or something or she's had an allergic reaction.
