It's about to get ugly up in here - as ugly as Brooke Hogan's wardobe!
When Linda Hogan filed for divorce last week, she asked for half of everything PLUS alimony and child support for their 17 year old son Nick.
Now, the Hulkster is firing back at his wife of almost 25 years.
In his counter petition, Hulk claims that Linda is a grown ass woman.
He's contesting the custody and alimony claims.
In the Hulkster's most recent filing, he says his wife is capable of supporting herself and their son. He also said Nick is old enough to decide who he wants to live with.
Well, she may be capable of supporting herself. But, SHOULD she???
That will be determined in court!

I think since she filed for divorce she shouldn't get alimony. And I don't think she should get child support either. Hulk I'm sure will continue to take care of Nick and Brook financially. The money shouldn't have to go through Linda.

First Linda is to old and to thick to wear those kind of cloths. She should get half of their assets, they have been married along time and she has supported (not fiancially) him through alot of his career and taken care of the kids. By law he must pay for Nick if Nick chooses to live with his mom as he is not 18. I don't think it should be much though since he is employed as a "pro driver". Plus his ass needs to be behind bars. I think this is all so fake. Let me guess, she ends up with NO money and custody of Nick. Then, the family of the buy Nick almost killed in a car crash sues the guardian of Nick…who is poor. The get nothing. After it all blows over, Hulk and his wife can "patch things up" and never lose a dime of their fortune. I don't believe this divorce thing is real for one moment. There's no reason that Hulk should pay alimony - support of a woman who is no longer married to him. And he's also right about the son - he's old enough to decide where he wants to live.
As for those who think that she deserves to be supported because she was a stay at home mother… that works two ways. She was married to a prosperous man. She had ample opportunity to get an education, to develop some skills. Alot of women who are single mothers can do it - without the benefit of a wealthy husband.

It can take months for the divorce to even be finalized and by the time that happens, how many child support payments do you think she'll end up with? Very few, if any. Besides, there's a good chance that that kid will be in the clink by then, so the state would be supporting him, not the mother. Therefore, she shouldn't get a dime for child support. Now half of what they're worth? Yes. Alimony? I don't believe that any woman should get alimony in this day and age. If you're able to work, do it, if not, then get your SSI check. Fathers should be responsible for their minor children, but not for the wife living in a standard she became accustomed to during marriage. Sorry.
