    Ok… first of all, they look nothing alike. Second, Katie is a BEAUTIFUL and talented actress while Bai Ling is known for her weird outfits and the fact that she thinks she is from the moon.     Oh my gosh, they look like twin sisters. That's pretty halarious. I had a Chinese haircut like that when I was like 3 and luckily my hair grew out again.
