Rehab Didn't Work!

Fallen American Idol contestant Jessica Sierra is slated to be a participant on VH1's Celebrity Rehab, which already wrapped filming.
Well, bitch done gone and got arrested in Tampa early Saturday morning.
She was arrested….at a bar!!!

Ya, Sierra was arrested last April for getting into a drunken altercation with a man at a bar. She threw a glass at him, police found cocaine on her and just this past week she plead guilty and was given 12 months probation.
This weekend's arrest came about after officers were called to the Full Moon Saloon around 2 A.M. on Saturday. When cops arrived they made contact with Sierra, who was causing a disturbance, and asked her to leave the bar.
Bitch refused to listen to the police and became "combative." In fact, she even attempted to flee the scene after being arrested!
Sierra was charged with disorderly intoxication and opposing an officer without violence. She is currently in the jail on no bond.
Celebrity Rehab 2, here she comes!

She looks really sad. Perez, you know what? I think you do a lot of good when you show how wasted and sick these celebs look when they do drugs. Kids think there is something really glam about partying all night at clubs and doing drugs, and fucking random guys. But when the random guys are like the Davis brothers, (Brandon and GreasyBear) or J.R. Rotem or Cisco or Peter Dougherty, and they look so gross and filthy, and pointless, maybe it will make people realize, like this girl Sierra, how pathetic and wasted and disgusting it is. She doesn't look like she feels very good. In fact, she looks like puke. And everybody knows you were no angel either Perez. So coming from you it makes a difference. You don't even preach. You just let the pictures tell the story.
The Hillsoborough County Sheriff's website shows that she was also charged with POSSESSION of COCAINE and FELONY BATTERY.
Hmmm being combatant, resisting arrest, and trying to flee th scene..why didn't they shoot her in the back? Isn't that typical protocol in FL?

She did NOT have cocaine on her. The arrest report being shown is RELISTING her two previous felony charges because this new arrest - which is for two misdeameanors - means that she probably broke her parole and thus will likely now face sentencing on those two earlier charges…which is really bad news for her. I loved her on AI and feel so sad about this. She apparently had been doing really well in rehab in California, but she went back home for Thanksgiving or something and fell back into her old partying pattens. She had pleaded no contest on two felony charges two weeks ago and the judge had given her 12 months probation and had withheld a judgement of guilty so she wouldn't be a convicted felon. Because of these two new misdeameanor charges, though, she will now probably face major jail time…which I don't think she will be able to handle.
I think her five minutes of fame is up. SEE YAAA!!

Again, she was not caught again with cocaine. She was arrested for being drunk and disorderly and that meant she broke her probation on the earlier possession and battery charges. She must, therefore, face those charges again as well. She needs some serious help. She was evidently getting that in California but the Tampa officials had not given her permission yet to travel back to California and treatment.

I was there! Downtown Ybor City. This bitch looked crazy, she definately on something. I didn't even know it was here until the news flash this morning. She was slapping some bitch and was rolling around on the ground beating the shit out of this girl. Then she got up all CRAZY faced and started running, until the cops got her that is!
