Ashley Tisdale got a nose job!
The High School Musical actress says she was having trouble breathing and didn't get the procedure done for cosmetic reasons.
Uh huh!
"Growing up I always knew I had a deviated septum on the right side of my nose, which caused trouble breathing," The Tiz tells People. "The older I got, the worse it got. I went to get it checked out, and the doctor told me the septum was 80 percent deviated and that I had two small fractures on my nose."
Of the just done procedure, she says: "I'm not feeling great today. It's uncomfortable and I hope this is the only time I ever have to go through something like this. I was completely scared. I wasn't looking forward to the surgery at all. I actually had trouble sleeping for a week before."
Emphasizing one more time that she didn't get her nose job because she was unhappy with the way it looked, Ashley says, "I didn't do this because I believe in plastic surgery. I did this to help my health. I literally almost could not breathe out of the right side of my nose. I want my fans to know the truth. I'm not someone who is going to act like I had nothing done. I just want to be honest because my fans are everything to me."

DEBVIATED SEPTUM correction is an INTERNAL job and should have no external results. It is ridiculous that more people do not say anything about this. I know many, many people that have had some sort of nose surgery. For instance, my aunt had a broken nose corrected and a deviated septum corrected. It straightened her nose from the break, but she still had a hump like she always had and the somewhat larger nose that she always had remained. Correction of a deviated spetum will NOT make your nose smaller or remove a hump. It will also NOT narrow your bridge or build up your tuip. Those procedures that result in those external cha ges are indeed cosmetic nose jobs. Sometimes, people may couple a deviated septum correction with a cosmeticv procedure but do not be fooled they are very different.
If Miss Tisdale looks any different, we will atleast know that part of her comment was not true. Does Disney like iars for role models?

It is photoshopped! There was actually just bare skin there and the nipple was further down and someones taken that off someone else's pic and put it on her! You can see the line on the close up! Whoever made it is just jealous that Ashley is perfectly normal. She's not on drugs or getting drunk every night and she's not a nudist. She can sing, act and dance and she has never got involved with anyone not trusted. This girl may have her ups and downs but everyone does!
