Out-of-work actor Jesse Metcalfe is facing assault charges.

The "super macho" douche is being accused of attacking a paparazzo outside a club in London this past weekend.

He "punched me in the face," claims photog Rowan Lawrence.

The pap reported the incident to police and is asking that charges be filed against the former soap opera star.

Jesse was probably pissed the photog wanted to take his girlfriend's picture and not his!

      good, it was saturday night outside shitty club studio valbonne and i was standing behind this photographer, who was the only one there and as jesse walked out into the waiting car/minivan, he punched him one!! the photogrpaher fell into me, a skinny girl, and stepped on my poor foot, causing the skin to peel off!! not the paps fault!! poor guys nose was bleeding big time!! jesse is short 1st of all and has anger issues, he did it to seem cool but look how it backfired!!

      i've worked with him, and heard 'gossip' from an insider that he has peck implants, i didnt believe the person but they said you can always prove it when a guy has smaller biceps then chest due to the fact that biceps are used in chest workouts its not naturally possible for a guy to have smaller biceps then chest. who knows- i can see that his chest shape does look a little weird- also, peter andre has them.
