Spotted: Reese Witherspoon's daughter, Ava, shopping for holiday gifts with Ryan Phillippe's girlfriend, Abbie Cornish, in LA. The Australian actress reportedly stated having an affair with Phillippe when they met on the set of a film and he was still married to Witherspoon!

    I like Reese I really do…and Ryan seemed very supportive of her career but she's a perfectionist she admitted it… to me its another Nick and Jessica situation except Ryan unfortunately cheated…Reese brings home the money and is not appreciative of her husband who handles everything on the homefront.     Reece is NOTORIOUSLY a type A control freak. She's the first to admit to it. I would imagine it was tough being married to her when she was so 'focused' on her career. It takes two highly committed people to make a marriage work. If one isn't pulling their share, it's a matter of time before one will wander to greener grass. Abbie looks a lot like Reece. Maybe that was part of the attraction.

    It now seems that La Witherspoon took up with Gyllenhaal to get back at her EX. So poor Jakeypoop has been used. But she is also known to be seeing Jake Gyllenhaal, who she met while filming a movie at the same time the divorce was announced. So why does no one think that maybe REESE was the one who had the affair and finally killed the marriage?
