Pierce Brosnan got into a little altercation with a paparazzo a few months ago.

LA prosecutors recently decided not to press charges against the actor. They determined there was not enough evidence for a case.

However, that isn't stopping the photog from coming after the movie star!

Robert Rosen is suing Brosnan, PerezHilton.com has learned.

The shutterbug and his lawyer plan to make an announcement later today in Los Angeles.

      I see him in Malibu with his kids alot, he is even better looking in person and an absolute gentleman with very well adjusted and behaved kids. I am sure the former Mr.Bond will be vindicated

      That's the smile of a firey Irishman on watch. He looks as though he's assessing the leap distance between himself and the cameraman taking this photo. Steer clear, disrespectful or mannerless photogs - Pierce seems old school and undoubtedly likes to own his own space. It's similar to going into a pen with a bull - don't cross the boundary, and you won't be sorry you did.
