The Hills finale was soooo anti-climactic.
If you read PerezHilton.com, then you already knew what happened!
We told you last month that Lauren Conrad and crew were filming in Paris.
We also told you that the "reality" show was casting guys to show LC around town.
Heck, we even told you back in October that Spencer & Heidi would not be getting married on the show this season because Lauren forbade MTV from letting them. She threatened to not come back for another season.
Speaking of Lauren's threats, the prima donna Hills star also threatened not to show up to the Hills after-show if Heidi was also on it, sources tell PerezHilton.com.
So, unfortunately for her, Montag only did the red carpet and left.
We actually even know what the storyline for this upcoming season of The Hills is gonna be. It's so fake!
But we'll hold on to that secret…for now.

All I know is that Heidi looks ten years younger with her eyebrows darker again. The bleached ones made her look old (and her skin dry) for some reason. Funny how important they are. My girlfriend made me watch the hills b/c I wanted to toggle to the Partriots game on Sunday during commercials. Every week she has another reason. The show is obviously fake, or everyone's expressions and actions are so subsidized that it might as well be fake. Has anyone noticed how quickly and succinctly they go through the dialogue in most of the "scenes". They cut right to the chase, and their exchanges are very fast-paced. At best, they're being heavily coached.
I would much rather watch a show about interesting people (which for me, is people who actually DO something. 8th and Ocean was by far a better series, too bad it never came back.
P.S. If anyone questions if the show is real or not, go back to the episode on an earlier season when she first met Brody. If I recall correctly, she is introduced by Spencer. She then gives him her phone number. Now, we can also assume that when LC goes out, she probably gets a lot of numbers from people, and she probably has lots of friends trying to hook her up with his or her friends, whatever. When Brody calls her, the cameras are rolling at his appartment. MTV knew he was going to call her at that particular moment, and she was available for the call.

Lauren's dad is artitect. On Laguna Beach, they showed her BEAUTIFUL house, that he designed. They must be rich, but I don't think the dad is pushing her. SHe is ambition on her own, and used the LB fame, and took up MTV when they offered her spin-off The Hills. The father's advice was to use the opportunity until it's over. Smart girl. It now opens lots of doors.

I watched the hills for the first time last night, and I'm pretty sure I lost more then a few brain cells. Besides the fact that it's obviously fake, it was horrible! How do these people actually have jobs, unless that is fake too. Either way, why do we care about this stupid Lauren girl, and following her boring life? Okay. Let's just put the Perez-hating questions and 'fake' comments aside for a moment, and actually talk about how shitty the content of the finale actually was! First of all, how could they ever pass that as the 'FINALE'….nothing happened! Extremely disappointing to those, like me, who anxiously awaited 10:00 to see what would go down. When the end credits started rolling, my roommate and I were like "Whaaaaaaat?? That's it?!?!?!" LOL. SO PISSED!
Also….the after show…what a mess! Usually it's hilarious, but last night it was a trainwreck. First of all, it seemed totally unprepared…like they were making the questions up on the spot and hadn't thought anything over. Second, the 'audience' seemed more interested in being at Area than being on the show. They barely clapped or cheered, and they - as well as the hosts and the girls - did nothing but keep looking around. It was extremely awkward. Third, what was the whole situation with Heidi? I mean, I don't know if I believe the story about L.C banning her from the after show. I'm sure that was something that came up many times before last night - MTV must have discussed w/ her what would happen IF Heidi showed up. I'm sure Heidi wouldn't have gone there and got all dressed up if she wasn't expecting to be interviewed or allowed into the party. And lastly, where was Spencer?! Yikes. Awkkkkwarddddd…… I'm assuming the wedding is off, but they ARE still dating. VERY odd that he didn't show up. At the very least, just to escort Heidi.

Gawd DAMN I'm glad I missed the finale. Laguna was way more fun to watch, probably because of Kristen.
