Kevin Federline's attorney's had tried for months and months to get her to testify under oath. The date was finally set and Unfitney just didn't feel like showing.
The court is gonna whoop her ass over this one!

The girl feels that she should not have to give her deposition. She thinks that she is above the law and that her lousy judge will give her what she wants. If that is the case then the judge needs to be barred from his seat on the bench.
Maybe if she would stop calling the paparazzi she and telling them her every move. She is doing this because she wants to keep her name in the media. She could careless about her kids, because if she did she would make every effort to get them back and prove that she isn't a bad parent.
