Shia LaBeouf is a free man!
The actor showed up to a Chicago court today to face charges from his arrest in early November.
The Transformers star was detained by police after he refused to leave a Walgreens and appeared drunk or high.
Wednesday morning, LaBeouf was welcomed with the good news that Walgreens does not want to press charges against him. Case closed.
Shia's attorney says he is "happy to put this behind him and get back to work."
Now he is free to terrorize folks at Kmart!
