She's not very articulate, but I don't think people should be making the logical jump in concluding that she's saying go make fun of races other than your own.
What she's saying does make me think though, because she's using race as a reason of why you should support someone. Before I got all reactive I thought hey, people do it all the time…If it's not your race, it's your hometown, gender, profession, etc.
I think it's natural for human beings to use some kind of mark as an identifier to us feel like we belong to a group…It's alright to support your group just don't DISCRIMINATE others.
