The one common thing Lance and (and millions of other gays across the world) have is that we are all gay! We share the same story. The many, many trials we had to endure. There is not one person here who thought their coming out process would be easy and if it were, you're lying. How many of us denied being gay when asked? How many of us had to pretend for the sake of our family and friends? How many of us knows the pain of being called a 'fag' by peers?
Although, I'm not Lance's biggest fan, I must applaud him for wanting to keep talking about this. It's important to us and for all those young, gay people struggling daily to live as everyone else.
