this has been on other websites days ago. this is from when she dyed her hair black herself. she just never cleaned it since then.
no…not hair dye…the dark color starts about halfway up the nail bed. it looks like she had either acrylics on that grew out halfway and never had them "filled", or she mercilously chewed them off (rather than having them taken off) and the discoloration is the glue that's remained behind that all her chewing could not dislodge.
either way, girl doesn't take care of herself…she has all the hallmarks of being mentally ill…why won't someone step in and help her??? someone that's not looking to make a buck off her…seriously, i'm beginning to really pity her.

Crack pipe hands look like they have burns, not infected nails. Like others have said, it looks like she had an issue with some artificial nails. Sometimes you can get an infection or fungus underneath those and you have to take them off and let the natural nails grow out. It's pretty gross.

I am pretty sure there are places in Hollywood where professionals can color your hair, fix your weave, and do your nails. I don't really think it is hair dye. When I have used dark dye, my finger tips are all brown too. On the finger pads and the sides. Clearly, the sides of her fingers do not have this brown mess. Also, it is stained all over my hands if I wasn't doing my hair in small pieces like doing low-lights. Yes, I don't use gloves because I can't work with them and it goes away after a day.

That's nail fungus. She hasn't been taking care of her gel nails. They started to lift, water got underneath and bam-fungus. Very common-though her's look pretty bad. She'd be (haha) nuts to get them put on again any time soon.
If it were hair color, it would be on her skin too, and around her cuticles-not on her actual nail.

Being a professional cosmetologist/ Nail Tech Perez, I would have to say she has a pretty bad nail fungus going on. Hair dye also dyes your skin….I look like I have shit all over my hands when i forget to put on gloves LOL! She doesn't get her fills every 2 weeks like a good girl.
