We had the bestest time ever at the Z100 Jingle Ball in New York City on Friday night.
It was beyond amazing to be able to go up on stage in a sold-out Madison Square Garden and introduce our friends from Fall Out Boy.
But, even more fun was what was going on backstage.
We met Gossip Girl breakout star and uber hottie Chace Crawford and got to chat with him for a bit. Swoon.
We ran into the Jonas Brothers, who are just too adorable for words. AND, we had a very lovely conversation with Culotta, Britney Spears former long-time assistant who know works for Team Jonas.
Such a fun fun fun time.

I was showing apartments on W. 107th St. @ Broadway, turned onto 107th and there was Chace Crawford. The entire block was closed of to shoot Gossip Girl. I had just been watching the show the night before and found myself just staring and wondering how a beast could be so damned beautiful. And, bam, there he was! Too bad I'm not much of a cougar, cause I definitely woulda jumped on some of that! They let me through the set to show the apartments without hesitation. (Its true, they arent always on the Upper East Side, just like Law and Order is always shooting in Inwood/Northern Manhattan, but say they are in Murray Hill, or some shiz).
