Why did the operator piss you off? His job is to get information and try to assist the sick person via the person on the phone. If the person on the phone is not listening to what he is saying, it could be deadly. I can only imagine how terrible it is to be in that situation and be panic stricken, but a 911 person is trained to get the pertinent information and render aid. When the people on the other end of the phone aren't listening, he has to try to get them to listen and they weren't. I hope this is a lesson to people that 911 also is trained to help you help the person who is sick, not just to send the ambulance. They are trained to tell you what to do, so you have to listen to them carefully. I'm sure it was horrible for all involved and I fell badly for them, but don't get on 911's case when they are just trying to help.

I know this was/is an important story of 2007, but I'm not with listening to the final moments of this woman's life. It was in bad taste to post this recording and I won't listen to it. Though Kayne is a celebrity and lives a public life, I feel he and his family still have rights to the same privacy and respect we'd give anyone else dealing with the loss of a loved one.
