Ashley Tisdale just posted this special note on her website, apologizing to her fans for having to cancel her shows this past weekend:
"Special note from Ashley
To my fans and friends in Miami and Philadelphia,
I'm so sorry I wasn't able to be at the holiday shows this weekend. I haven't fully recovered from my surgery and had to make the difficult decision to cancel the appearances.
When my surgery was scheduled, we didn't think it would be necessary to cancel the shows because my doctor thought I would heal in time. Unfortunately, the deviated septum was more significant than we originally thought so the healing process is taking longer.
The last thing I ever want to do is disappoint my fans. I flew out to the east coast with the dancers and crew, still hoping I would be well enough to perform.
I hope you all have a very happy holiday season.

I had a surgery on a deviated septum myself and when they did it they just go inside, they don't re-shape the entire shape of the outside of your nose!! Sounds like a nose job gone wrong. I hope her nose falls off.

At least she apoligized. How many celebs have been no shows for events, concerts and other things and have never even said a word about it. How many hours late was Paris for the opening of Club Paris (i believe i was six) And how many shows has Amy Whinehouse cancelled…I mean a lot of celebs have done it so I am glad that Ashley at least had the decency to apoligize!

she would be fine, i had a nose job and the next day i went out and partied. You don't hurt after a nose job, and they give you tons of vicoden. The worst part is the first two hours after when you swell up, not a week after, she would be fine.
aka she got another nose job because the first sucked ass.
I had 2 nose surgeries, one a rhinoplasty and one a septo-rhinoplasty I had so much packing and gauze all over my face for a whole week along with swelling and bruising that I couldn't leave the house. She's a liar, and her nose looks worked on now. Months later, your nose is STILL swollen. She was ugly before and is ugly now- now she just has a horse face with a nose that's too small. At least Ashlee Simpson looks better.

When she was a Kid she had a Car accident, and later she broke her nose Again, I believe her if she says that she did it for Health reasons!

Just because your face is plastered on the Disney Channel does not mean your innocent. Case and point VANESSA HUDGENS. How can you be so innocent if your sending naked photos of yourself to another person?! Oh yeah. Disney sure does have a full cast of young "innocent" stars.

She truly dissappointed a lot of her fans by not showing up. We spend money and take time off to take our kids to these shows and it's horrible for them not to perform or give some kind of notice that they wont be preforming. It would be nice to reschedule the preformance also.

I'm not even really a fan of HSM, but who cares that she had surgery? People talked about her big nose before, now they're getting on her for having surgery. Even though I don't really believe it was JUST for a deviated septum, I think people should cut her some slack. She knows that the older audience probably knows she got a full rhinoplasty, she's probably trying to not let the younger kids know that her surgery was for anything more than a medical reason. Either way, she looks better (maybe not from that angle) and she seems like a sweet girl. I think people should give her a break on this one.
I have never really become an Ashley fan, but I do think it is good that she apologized. So many celebs don't even do that when they cancel MULTIPLE shows!

Jesus! Why are you guys hating on Ashley? I WENT to one of the Jingle Balls she didn't show up at, and I'm not upset with her at all. I was a little ticked at first that no announcement was made, but I'm not mad at her. I personally applaud her for apologizing to us fans who were disappointed. And those of you who are calling her a liar about the nose job, get a life! I just don't understand why people want to purposely spread hate. Don't you have anything better to do? Well, I for one still love and support Ashley! And who knows, she could always reschedule the concerts and come back!
