One Small Victory For K-Fed

Britney's lawyers and Kevin Federline's attorneys were in court yet again Tuesday morning.

Team K-Fed was able to convince the Commissioner over to push back their next hearing from January until February.

That means that Unfitney's current visitation stays in play until then.

As it stands, Brit Brit can only see her kids twice a week with one overnight stay. All under the watchful eye of a court-appointed monitor.

The Commissioner also scheduled Spears' next deposition for the first week in January. She'll probably miss it. Again!

      Re: Jst4fun – The cost of the monitor is more than likely to be paid by the person being monitored. I work in the LA court system and due to the fact that she is the party in question regarding the safety of the children then she will be financially responsible. The only time that expense would be taken on by the taxpayer here would be if the parties were indigent. If K-fed had wrongfully accused her of something that caused the need for the monitor then she has the right to sue him for court and attorney costs. Since the judge gave him court and attorney costs from her then it is the court's opinion that she is the guilty party here. I know people think it's because she's the one with the money but it's not. It's because it is her behavior that is causing the court to have to implement these steps and it is her behavior that is causing the need for all these hearings not because Kfed doesn't have money. Whether he had money or not, if the court found him financially responsible he'd be the one paying and the court would go after him for the money.

      Maybe when she's 36 years old or older, Britney spears will care enough about her children to actually begin to behave like a REAL mother would. Her actions speak volumes about her priorities and what she thinks of her children. Until she totally gets her priorities straight, and begins sincerely caring about her children first, she should NOT have custody of them other than what she is allowed at this time. So many women who are unable to have kids, would give anything for the opportunity to have these kids. Britney is a sad excuse for a human being and certainly a mother.

Nothing is going to happen until the judge actually puts his foot down and really does something, but I don't see that happening. This circus will continue unabated for many more months, if not years, to come. Look at Twitney driving her car……look at Twitney going to Starbucks…….look at Twitney filling up her car three times a day…….look at Twitny defying the judge's court orders……..

      This is all we have to look forward to for a long time to come. That judge isn't going to do anything to her, because she's a celebrity with money.       It's very obvious that she neither wants physical custody of the children nor are they a priority. She has placed the paparazzi, Starbucks and gas stations ahead of the kids.
