    my friend is working for the ad company doing this commercial and had dinner with her this weekend - apparently queen latifah is doing jenny craig for health reasons. she wants to lose like 10 pounds - she's not doing it because she isn't proud of her size. she doesn't want to become a skinny girl, she just wants to make sure she is healthy so she doesn't get diabetes (i guess it runs in her family). i say, good for her. she wants to show that you can get healthy without becoming anorexic and stick thin, and that's pretty cool.

    I saw her at the movies that night (I am Legend @ Lincoln center) and she looked good, she was wearing sweats and no makeup and yet looked tall and alot leaner and really nice skin. GO QUEEN

    Dude, I saw Queen Latifah at Hale and Hearty Soups in Hells Kitchen today. that bitch looked fierce in her li'll sweat suit. I had the cream of corn soup (divine as usual), she was coming in as I left and I gave her a wink to which she flashed a Julia Roberts smile back at me.
