And, for the fourth week in a row, Gorban's sales have increased from the week prior!
This week, his album sold 666,000+ copies.
By the end of December not only will Groban have the biggest selling Christmas album of all time, but….
Josh is also on track to have the biggest selling album of 2007!!!!!!!

It is nice to see that something other than hip-hop can top the charts. This is quality music from an artist that has a shelf life of more than 6 months. Too bad more music nowadays is not of this caliber.

Maybe people are just glad to find a CD by someone with actual talent who isn't a drugged up drunken idiot. Josh has a gorgeous voice, writes songs, plays the piano and drums, and has a charitable foundation. WOW! an actual decent, talented person in the music business.
I'm a fan. I remember when he started on Alley McBeal. But I have no desire to buy this album. I heard him sing on several shows it wasn't that great. Some artists are great on Christmas albums and others seem to sound just like everybody else. But good for him.

The guy looks like he needs an enema when he sings. He's a young man, but he's got this weird, smarmy, oldster thing going. It's no wonder the old ladies in the offices love him. The kid makes me want to barf. Yes, he's clean cut and not a douche bag rapper, druggie actor, or creep-ass philandering rocker, but he is still totally irritating, nice guy or not.

Good God. Perez writing about Groban? Forget everyone going on about the 666,000 - THIS is more likely to signify the end of the world as we know it. Although I'm delighted to see a sexy man with talent complete with a graffitied crown on here as opposed to some of the talentless twerps that usually adorn these pages. Groban comes across as a genuinely lovely guy. I've been lucky enough to hear him live on a few occasions and he's blown the doors off the place with his voice. Plus he's not staggering out of places pissed up and behaving like a pillock. Fair play to the guy - I'm absolutely thrilled for his success and hope he has a great deal more. I own this album and it's utterly charming.

First of all, his CD wasn't selling AT ALL when it first came out. No one even knew it was out. We got over 200 copies in at work and they didn't move until OPRAH (HARPO) mentions it on her x-mas special and POW! It picks up like a Wii, and iTouch.
Congrats to him, but market your own stuff.
Then again is Oprah says it's good it must be right??? DON'T THINK SO!! But thats another story.
Josh has wonderful voice and fabulous music. I bought Noel and Awake before Oprah jumped on his bandwagon. Congratulations to him! It's well deserved success.

Re: harpo tells you to buy and you listen – Actually it was selling well. It debuted at #10 on the Billboard chart and continued to raise well before Oprah. It debuted #1 in Canada, btw. He's an amazing artist with an amazing voice who deserves asll his success. He's sold millions of albums before Noel. Closer went to #1, and Awake debuted at #2(#1 in Canada, us Canadians, LOVE him!!). Yes television helps, but true talents sells more in the end. Go Josh!!!

GOOD for him! He's a class act. Saw him in concert in Sept–pure magic. Due to illness, he had canceled the original date of the concert and to show his appreciation for people coming to the re-scheduled show, he donated $150,000 to help fund the arts programs in the local schools. He deserves all the good that comes his way.
