Sources close to Debbie Nelson, Eminem's mother, reveal to PerezHilton.com that she is writing a book about her famous son because she needs money to pay medical bills.
"She's dying of stage 4 breast cancer," a family insider tells us. "She needs the money to pay medical bills and he wont talk to her so thats her open letter to him."
Adds our source, "Em agreed to try to help her pay some medical bills and try to get her insurance but couldnt because of the pre-existing medical condition."

Whether if she was a bad mother or not, she's still his mom. If he's in a position to help with her final costs and make her last days comfortable, he should. To not take care of her in her dying days, when he could, makes him as cruel as she was to him growing up. In effect, Em has become the mother he loathes. He should be a decent human being and rise above it. If not, it could haunt him forever if he turns his back on her now.

I grew up in that area, my friend worked at Gilbert's Lodge with him. He is a punk and a tortured genius- -look at his relationship with women.
