Not so, claims TMZ.
"We hear Jamie is further along than the 12 weeks she says in the mag's article," they say. "Expect a spring baby.

The tabloid reported on July 28th that Jamie Lynn was pregnant.
If she had found out only a few weeks before then, that would put her around the five month mark now.

SHe is LYING because if she claims she is only 12 weeks, that would make her due date AFTER he 17th birthday. But she will say she has a "premature" 9 pound baby, so he boyfriend won't look as bad, since he is 19, and can that be considered stautory rape. What I think is so gross is how Lynne Spears sat around, and tried to scheme how she and Jamie can make some money off the deal. I am sure this will start a whole teen pregnancy tour. BTW, there is some question if Jamie and the baby daddy have already broken up, and he has not given a statement that the baby is his, only a very vague comment released through relatives. I hate to hear about parents who are SO SHOCKED and caught off guard when their sixteen year old CHILDREN are having children when THEY are the ones who allowed them to live with their boyfriends.

I'm not sure what she thinks she's accomplishing by lying (if she is). What difference does it make? Will people think she's less of a slut by being three months pregnant instead of five? Maybe she doesn't want to admit that the national enquirer had it right. In that case her strategy might work: the baby will be born 4 months from now (after a full 9 months in the oven) but the Spears camp will say it was born premature (7 months).
