The lesbolicious actress has been sentenced to 180 days for probation violation.

Rodriguez, convicted of multiple DUIs, pissed off a judge after lying about her community service.

She'll do well in jail.

Someday the truth about this whole situation will come out, and when it does most of the world is going to feel pretty fucking stupid about calling her a liar and a loser. She completed her comm. serv. and she did not drink while on probation. Whether you believe it or not it's the truth. It's just unfortunate she couldn't prove her innocence and that forced her to plead guilty to avoid a longer sentence. Hopefully she'll get out soon and go on to make awesome flicks and do some good for the world. Whether or not she does is her business. If you all are sick of celebs fucking up, then why are you here reading about them? Find something better to do, like getting a hobby that doesn't include judging people you don't know.

…and Mario, how about you learn to stop judging people as well if you can't at least do so accurately? She's not gay. Her booking page shows a release date of 12 April 2008 so it looks like she got 90 days off for good behavior. After she has served 10 percent of her sentence she could be released for overcrowding. Lets all pray tht happens.

She deserved to be punished but her sentence with all the added restrictions was harsh and unfair.
