The stars in LA like some snow for the holidays so the Banderas/Griffith/Johnson clan have headed to Aspen, like Heidi & Seal and Mimoo too.

Dakota and mom enjoyed a day of shopping and smoking.

    Good Lord, quit getting hissy fits when somebody smokes a cig. They're outside, it's their body, and who the hell is anybody else to get all high and mighty about it? I don't smoke, but I drink too much. You might not smoke, but you probably eat too much, or rely on heavily on meds to cope. Very few of us are saints. What a Puritan crapload this country is becoming, yet all of us make sure we download all of the latest celebrity nudity to get tittilated. Hypocrite Nation, is what we are. I'm sick of it all.

    Last time I checked it was still legal, although they make cigarettes out do cause everything from global warming to asthma in people miles away. Who cares as long as they aren't blowing it your face. I think it's safer to get caught smoking a joint now adays with all the pc bs. Can't wait till the same police come after all the fatties who are already passing smoking as the number 1 killer. Sin tax on sugary drinks, burgers etc… for filling up hospitals and making air flights uncomfortable etc.. this means you too perez! No one is perfect, no one……..     Smoking took about 10 - 15 years away from my life on earth. My last days here were the pitts. I know it's easier to quit heroin than cigarettes but please keep trying.     I agree with #21-24. You've got it exactly right. These holier-than-thou pissers probably have habits that are more revolting this. I think this would have caused a lot less negatively than if she were caught smoking a joint. Smokers pay a huge amount in taxes, much less than the nonsmokers. If everyone quit, who would have to pay these taxes? The very same people who constantly bitch about smoke! If you don't believe me, answer this. In Ohio, a pack of Marlboros costs $5.47 plus sales tax of $0.43 for a total of $5.90. If you cross the river to Kentucky, the same Marlboros cost around $2.65 plus sales tax of $0.25 for a total of $2.90 per pack. These identical cigarettes are cheaper by $3.00 PER PACK and $30.00 PER CARTON. Where do you think that money goes? To the highway repair workers, jails, welfare recipients, and to the lotto. If the smokers don't pay for these things, the nonsmokers will!!! And no, I am not a smoker.
